Among the reasons I purchased the product was the sales page about the simple to use software which you can use to customize the on-hold messages. UnfortunateIy, this software was not updated since OR WINDOWS 7, therefore the (weak anyway) help menu fails. OHP's customer support people concur that they will have no plans to repair this. My complaint concerning the non-existant tutorial was answered with, "Wh¨¢t would you like from free software?" and "The trend is to just use our message service?"I purchased the product to obtain from fee-based message services. If you are using the machine as has been the prerecorded music and message it'll probably be ideal for you. If you are struggling for words, it even includes a feature which helps you write scripts t¨® use. We keep a standard Flash driv¨¦ for regular music and one with Christm¨¢s music and you may swap them any time you want and it'll play them in rotation. With a microphone, a computer, and about an hour of time, you might have this plain thing configured to sound as effective as any professionally done on-hold system.
