So far I love the Dreambox 500s though it currently fails for me. The machine come with all of the European satellites however, not the united states ones. The directions don't let you know this, at the very least not explicitly.Fortunately the machine is well-known so there exists a complete large amount of on-line help. We was taken because of it awhile to find this out since i have am not used to the satellite technologies. I am looking forward to my null modem now, a particular serial cable to talk to my PC therefore i can reprogram the machine with the UNITED STATES satellite information. The web connection will not reliable because of this, based on the on-line blogposts and didn't work with me.I'm optimistic that procedure shall succeed, especially while there is plenty of online help on the procedure and I am going to be successful getting satellite television reception.The Fantasy 500s is usually LINUX based and incredibly compact - properly built therefore i am looking towards getting it to utilize the UNITED STATES satellites.
