Sloggers 5114TP07 Women's Rain and Garden Shoes with Comfort Insole, Size 7, Pansy Print Turquoise

I love this little garden shoe. It is so very comfortable. Your feet will not get wet in these; great for washing the car, too. I love the wild print. Get the next size up because they run small. I usually wear a 6 1/2, but for gardening shoes I like to order up a half size, because I garden in winter too, so I can wear woolen socks.I wore these all day, and had woolen socks on. It must be said that these shoes don't make your feet smell like Gouda/ plastic/ rubber. They are very comfortable, they have a thick in-sole.I have bought other brands before, but they were hard under my feet and they made my feet smell like something out of a sci-fi movie. As a very avid gardener, I totally recommend these. My feet didn't hurt at the end of a long day in the garden, they are completely waterproof, they come off easily, they have great tracking for muddy land. They stay on your feet and don't slip off.If you have to get inside and outside quite often, these are the way to go, as boots are harder to kick off in under a second. And for this price, I wouldn't hesitate either! These Sloggers are GREAT. I purchased my normal size and they fit perfectly. I have a terraced garden and these shoes are fantastic on the "slope" and are so comfortable. I have hosed them off inside and out and they dry wonderfully. Fantastic purchase and excellent service. I just love these ! I've had major ankle reconstructive surgery and back surgery so have to be careful what I put on my feet. I wanted a clog type shoe I can slip on quickly to bring my dogs outside in the snow, slush, rain we've been recently experiencing, -my normal garden clogs have vent holes so snow/water seeps in. Well...these Sloggers are just great !! I wear a size 10 and they fit perfect, are very very comfortable, easy on-off, and keep my feet warm & dry. I know I'll be using these right through summer for gardening; washing the car; taking the dogs out in the rain and running errands anywhere. I was apprehensive about wearing a shoe with a 'design' on it..but these are just too cute. I'll be buying a 2nd pair for sure. OH..and they are American made !!!*****OCTOBER 21, 2014 UPDATE *****I've come back to purchase another pair, my 3rd, and have to say: my original pair is now 3years 9months old and have been used a lot, as describe above, year round, and they are still in great shape! It's quite a bonus to me also that this company is an American company and uses recycled material. I've learned today by another reviewer that you can send your old ones back to the company & they will grind them down and recycle again. Problem is: mine still haven't worn out yet. lol I'm please they've added so many more colors to choose from. I purchased these based on the long list of excellent reviews. But the one review that advised that this shoe is not for a wide foot is the one that rings most true with me.Pros:DesignQualityFlexibility (very very flexible)Con:The width of this shoe is for a narrow to typical footI don't usually wear a narrow shoe, but with these and bare feet my pinky toes hurt all day. I am seriously considering sending them back. This is not how I envisioned myself working in the garden. I will try these with socks to see if that makes a different. If so expect and update. If not and your feet are wide--trust me--don't waste your time. Love these sloggers . . . not just for garden work, but they are terrific for rainy days, cleaning house, cooking and working in the art studio. Worn with socks they are comfy enough to wear all day, are not heavy and keep my feet dry and dust free, especially nice because we have two dogs and I have to clean/sweep dust a lot, so I was constantly washing my nice slippers. Now, I wear these instead. In the art studio, I can stand at the easel for hours, and my feet don't get fatigued, also any paint/graphite/whatever, will wipe off. Cut a little small; I wear a 7.5 M and the Women's 8 is just perfect! Hope to get another pair to keep in the car. I received this item as a gift for my Mom and I got it on time for Christmas... she's already wearing them. Size 6 in black fits perfect and I can say they're pretty wide on the front. Shinny-glossy black look. They are a little bit heavy because of the sole but not "bulky". The materials are soft but looks a very well-made shoe with enough cushion inside. My Mom have to wear anti-embolism stalkings all day, also have knee and severe lumbar problems, but she loves to spend time on the patio and she feels very good wearing them. I just received my Sloggers. I Love them and they are so comfortable. I got the ones with pink, yellow, and purple flowers. These are really nice and worth the money. Now my daughter wants to buy a pair; she likes them too. Oh, I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe, so I ordered a size 9. They fit perfect with socks but a little loose without socks. I know a size 8 would be too tight. Just got these, so don't know how well they will wear, but they are pretty, comfortable, and have a great tread on the bottom. They look like the picture, just a bit darker aqua. I was very pleased the way the design laid out on the shoe, as in the photo. The colors are so pretty!Usually wear an 8-1/2. Ordered the 9, as reviewed suggested, and they fit great. The photo looks like they will rise higher on the foot but they are a little lower than expected. Not a problem, however.Looking forward to comfortably sloshing around in my garden from now on in these!P.S. I've had these for 1-1/2 years now. Wore them all winter too. They are my everyday shoes. Very comfortable! The toes are looking a little dull now but I don't really clean shoes very often. That might have made a difference. They still look good, imo, though. I live in Alaska where it is muddy or rainy often. The description of working in a "garden" matched what I experience going to the grocery store or movies here. I was tired of ugly rubber boots and wanted something pretty to slosh around in and easy to slip in and out of. I was a HIT at the last party... everyone wanted to know where i got my pretty, comfortable, and Waterproof shoes. (ONLY in Alaska are you considered stylish wearing garden shoes!) But hey they work and look really cute! They are true to size. I wear a 10 women's and have wide feet, and they are OK..even with thin wool socks. When I wear them is it usually 40 - 50 degrees F and so my feet do not sweat at those temps. The backs of them do slip a little bit when i walk - but i don't mind that. If i had to run from a bear they would fall off. The traction is GREAT - does not slip on hard wet surfaces! I am very happy with my Pretty waterproof shoes that i wear for everything but the garden! ( we wear tall mud boots for that)
